A planner app for ADHD brains

Most planners ask you to plan before they help. TaskWaffle starts from the mess in your head and gives you one next step.

Why most planners stop working

Planning apps tend to need the exact skills ADHD makes hard: deciding where something belongs, keeping a system tidy, and coming back after a bad week. When the app fills up with overdue items, opening it starts to feel like a telling-off, so people stop opening it.

TaskWaffle is built the other way round. It takes the thought as you say it, files it for you, and keeps the screen down to what matters now.

What it does differently

Everything in one calm place

Tasks, calendar, notes, habits, journal, money, goals and a focus timer live together, so you are not switching between five apps and forgetting which one holds what. Turn off any tool you do not need and it disappears from view.

Quiet hours, a quiet day and a calm mode where nothing moves keep it from becoming one more thing that pings you.

Questions

Is TaskWaffle free?

Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of everything with no card, then a free plan that keeps every module and all your data. Plus adds about 50 assistant questions a day instead of 21 a week, more devices and no limits on habits, goals and lists.

Do I need a diagnosis to use it?

No. It is made for ADHD brains and works for anyone whose days do not go to plan.

Does it work on my phone and computer?

Yes. It runs in any modern browser and installs on iPhone, Mac and Chromebook from there, on Android as a direct download or from Chrome, and on Windows from the Microsoft Store. It works offline and syncs when you sign in.

Do I have to use the AI?

No. Every tool works without it. When you do ask, it proposes and you confirm.
