Do I need every tool?
No. Choose the modules you want in Settings. You can change that choice later. Hiding a module keeps its data.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. The front page has an editable sample workspace with five skins and four screen sizes.
Do I have to use the assistant?
No. Tasks and Calendar and the other planning tools work without it. You choose when to ask the assistant and which modules it can read.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Every module stays available on the free plan. Free allows 21 assistant questions a week, one syncing device, and a small number of habits, trackers, goals, lists, projects, idea trees and reminders at a time. Tasks, notes, calendar events, journal entries and money are never capped, and export is never limited.
How much AI do I get on Plus?
About 50 typical questions a day. Plus has no question count; it has 250,000 tokens of text a day, counting what you type, what the assistant reads and what it writes, and it renews at midnight UTC. The 14-day trial has 50,000 a day. Settings, under AI assistant, shows what is used, what is left and when it renews, in your own time.
Does TaskWaffle work offline?
Your own data lives on your device, so you can keep working without a connection. Signing in, syncing and the assistant all need one.
Can I export my data?
Open Settings, then Your data, and use Export. Export works on every plan, including free.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Manage it from Settings, or use the billing link in your purchase email. If you cannot reach either, write to support from the address you bought with.
How do I delete my account after uninstalling?
You can ask for deletion by email, without reinstalling anything and without signing in. The deletion page explains what to include and what is kept.
Can I change how it looks?
Yes. Choose a skin and a layout in the appearance settings. The sample workspace on the front page lets you try the skins before you sign up.
